Beat the lockdown blues by letting us transport you on a virtual journey through the history of the East End!

Join popular tour guide and author, Rachel Kolsky, for a classic East End tour from the comfort of your sofa! As you explore the streets and buildings of Whitechapel and Stepney let the memories of the late 19th century Jewish community flood back. From bagels in Brick Lane to salt beef at Blooms there are stories of synagogues, street markets, schools and soup kitchens plus the ‘rag trade’ too, of course. Their legacy lives on amongst stories of other immigrant communities who have made this area their home.

All profits from this event will help to continue the work of JWA: ✅ Our domestic abuse & sexual violence helplines ✅ Practical and emotional support ✅ Counselling ✅ Emergency accommodation ✅ Children's therapy ✅ Emergency grants
