Please see below all the different ways you can seek support from Jewish Women's Aid. Remember that we are here to help you and you don't need to be nervous or embarrassed to contact us. All our services have continued throughout the Covid-19 pandemic via phone, video and online chat.

We support Jewish women and girls aged 16+ (14+ in London) and have a full time support worker dedicated to working with young women aged 14-24.
