Tamara Moss joined the Board of Trustees in 2019. She currently works as Chief Operating Office in a large Technology Organisation in the Civil Service, having held a variety of different positions in strategy, project management, policy and IT across several government departments, over the last 15 years. Previously in her career Tamara worked in the Private Sector.

Tamara is passionate about supporting people to take a positive step forward in life and overcome any challenges they may be facing. She is a very active volunteer, and has helped in a number of charities –including for example in a children’s day centre caring for children with developmental issues, a mental health day centre, for whom she volunteered at weekends to run tailored support activities and for the charity Shelter, serving food and providing additional support in a homeless hostel.

Tamara is, in particular, a firm advocate of helping women to flourish, not only in a professional capacity but in their personal lives, helping them to recognise their self-worth and value and gain a strong sense of independence.
