8pm to 10pm
St John’s Wood, London (full address details given upon booking)
Kate Moryoussef is the author of The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Toolkit, host of award-winning and chart-topping The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Podcast (with nearly 3.6m downloads), a women’s ADHD Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coach, and EFT practitioner.
Diagnosed with ADHD at 40, Kate is a mother of four with neurodivergence present throughout her family tree. She understands first hand the unique challenges women face in rediscovering their true selves while managing ADHD. With over two decades of experience, she combines insights from her journey, coaching expertise, and qualifications to help newly diagnosed ADHD women find validation, self-compassion and authentic empowerment.
Kate is passionate about sharing ADHD-friendly and neuro-affirming transformative holistic tools that promote calm, confidence, and balance in life, relationships, and work.
We’ll be discussing breaking down the old stigmas of what we ‘thought’ ADHD was, the many different traits and often-unknown ways ADHD can show up in women and girls, learn more about the mental health and hormonal interconnection of female neurodivergence and how to help ourselves with a late in life discovery or the loved ones around you. We’ll also discuss the many challenges that undiagnosed ADHD can present and why awareness, knowledge and education is the greatest tool we can have in supporting ourselves and children.
There will not be an appeal
Tickets are £30 (includes a copy of The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Toolkit) or £20 without a copy of the book
