We work with Jewish schools and mainstream schools with a Jewish Society to provide specialist healthy relationships and consent education. Our Whole School Approach includes educational sessions for students, teacher training, parent engagement and a student ambassador programme, with the goal of embedding a consent culture across the school community.
Schools programme
Whole School Approach
The 2021 Ofsted review of sexual abuse in schools and colleges has now placed a Whole School Approach to educating about consent and healthy relationships onto the national agenda. The report found that incidents of sexual harassment were, ‘so commonplace that they [students] see no point in reporting them.’ It recommends that schools need to, ‘act as though sexual harassment and online sexual abuse are happening, even when there are no specific reports.’
Our Whole School Approach model invites schools to work with us in a holistic way to ensure a greater long-lasting impact upon the whole school community. We offer:
- Student facing workshops run by specialist JWA facilitators
- High quality teacher training
- Parent workshops
- School ambassadors – bespoke peer leadership programme for your school
- Support with safeguarding, disclosures & signposting
What we offer
By partnering with JWA, your school will be supported in developing a culture of consent and respect; where unhealthy attitudes and behaviours are challenged, recognised and addressed. Our high-quality education directly links to the RSE curriculum where staff and students are provided with the opportunity to learn, debate and be empowered to make change.
NEW for 2024-2025!
Image Based Sexual Abuse – We have developed a partnership model to address issues surrounding nude sharing amongst teenagers. We aim to foster critical thinking skills and challenge young people to rethink sending and sharing nudes as well gain an understanding of the impact nude sharing can have amongst teens.
Male Champions Training – A brand new bespoke training for key male teachers in your school who are keen to take an active role in championing this work.
Primary School Partnership – In 2024 we worked with our first primary schools on healthy relationships and consent education. We are now able to partner up with primary schools and offer whole staff training as well as interactive healthy relationships workshops for Year 6 pupils.
Pupil Workshops
Our interactive educational sessions provide students with the tools, knowledge and skills to safely navigate relationships in their online and offline worlds. In addition to a series of lunch time educational sessions, Ambassadors develop their own school campaign and devise and deliver a session on healthy relationships for younger students.

This is such a wonderful initiative. I am so proud of the opportunity the ambassador programme offers for our sixth form students to be empowered and support their younger peers in such a powerful, meaningful way.
