How to make a referral

Our client services cover the whole of the UK nationally, with workers based in London and Manchester. 

We offer support to women survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.



If you are affected by domestic abuse, or concerned about a friend or family member, you can:

  • call our anonymous confidential Domestic Abuse Helpline 0808 801 0500

  • call our office to speak to a member of our Domestic Abuse Service, 020 8445 8060

  • email us

If you are affected by sexual violence, or concerned about a friend or family member, you can:

  • call our Dina Service Support Line 0808 801 0656

  • email us



For Professionals or other Agencies

If you wish to refer someone to our Domestic Abuse Service, you can:

  • call our office to speak to a member of our Domestic Abuse Service, 020 8445 8060

  • use the referral form to refer a woman to our client services, with her permission
