The Dina Project

Jewish Women’s Aid is setting up a Sexual Violence Service – The Dina Project – offering Advocacy through the Criminal Justice System, a Helpline and Counselling for survivors.

We are recruiting for four vacancies for this new service, an ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advocate), a Clinical Supervisor, a Helpline Worker and a Counsellor.



28 hours per week

£28,000- £30,000 pro rata

18 month contract with possibility of extension.

We are looking to recruit an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate to support women aged 16 and over who have experienced sexual violence and who are either considering or going through the criminal justice system. 

You will be empathic and be able to provide non-directive advocacy support with an ability to work under pressure. You will already have experience of working with vulnerable women in the criminal justice system. You will also have knowledge of sexual violence and its impact and an understanding of the Jewish community in the UK.

Domestic Violence & Abuse

Jewish Women’s Aid is the only charity in the UK working with Jewish women, and their children, affected by domestic violence. We run a client support service, helpline, children’s service and education and awareness raising programmes.

We are currently looking to recruit dynamic men and women with a strong youth work background as:


Ad hoc

£25 per hour

JWA’s education programme exists in order to educate young Jewish people (aged 11-25) about domestic violence, signs of abusive or unhealthy relationships, sexual harassment, sexual violence and other related issues.

We are particularly keen to receive applications for our ‘peer-led’ Safer Dating Programme from men and women who would like to be part of this very current conversation with 6th formers, university students and young professionals.

Education sessional workers are also required to support delivery of our work in schools and youth movements in London and across the U.K.

You’ll be enthusiastic, creative, and able to work with a wide range of young people and adults. You will already have experience of presenting informal educational sessions on sensitive topics. Understanding of domestic violence and knowledge of the Jewish community is also essential.
