Rebecca takes on Strictly Come Dancing for Jewish Women’s Aid
On 26th October, I will be dancing with a professional ballroom partner on the stage of the beautiful Stoller Hall in Manchester as part of Maccabi’s Dancing Strictly 2025.
The charity I will be raising money for is the hugely important and vital service JWA – Jewish Women’s Aid. Jewish Women’s Aid is the only specialist organisation in the UK supporting Jewish women and children affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. With 1 in 4 women experiencing abuse in their lifetime, the JWA is a key community resource.
To read more about JWA’s incredible work with their clients and the Outreach & Prevention work they do with young people in schools and across our community, please look around on their website.
This will be a huge challenge for me and dancing in front of 400 people feels pretty daunting! But I know the money we raise will put a spring in my step and will ensure I keeeeeeep dancing!
Thanks so much in advance.
