Jewish Women's Aid together with our volunteer, Danielle Donne and family, hosted a pre-loved designer handbag auction at the Central Square Minyan on Thursday evening, 11^th May. Over 40 women were in attendance to bid for luxury designer handbags, which had all been generously donated by supporters with all proceeds from the event going to JWA.

The evening was opened by Danielle, with guest speaker Amanda Dewinter, author of 'The Success Code', talking about her recipe for success and wellbeing in life.

Jewish Women’s Aid’s Director of Client Services, Karen Lewis, spoke of the important need for Jewish women to have their own specialist organisation supporting women and their children who are going through domestic abuse and sexual violence.

The evening concluded with a successful raffle. The funds raised will help Jewish Women’s Aid to continue to support Jewish women and their children through our vital services.
