Emma Spitz is an accredited executive coach and senior business leader with over 20 years’ experience supporting women and leaders through career and life transitions. She has worked with The Executive Coaching Consultancy since 2004 and has been a Board Director since 2012, where she founded and leads the Working Parents Practice.

Earlier in her career, Emma held senior Human Resources and Talent Development roles within financial services, giving her strong insight into workplace culture and leadership challenges.

She is deeply committed to women’s empowerment, community wellbeing and intergenerational support through her role as a trustee of JWA.
