Jewish Women’s Aid is fortunate to have a dedicated and highly qualified group of Trustees from across the spectrum of the Jewish community who all offer a range of personal and professional expertise.
Our Trustees
Our Patron
Jewish Women’s Aid is proud to have the Chief Rabbi, Sir Ephraim Mirvis, as our Patron.
His longstanding support reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that domestic abuse and sexual violence are recognised, challenged and addressed across the Jewish community. Through his leadership, the Chief Rabbi has helped raise awareness that abuse can affect any community and that we all have a responsibility to stand with those affected.
As the Chief Rabbi has said:
“No community is immune from this, and it is an issue that we as a community need to have the maturity and honesty to face up to and address.”
We are grateful for his continued support of JWA’s mission to empower, educate and end abuse.
Honorary Presidents
We acknowledge the longstanding dedication and commitment to four special women who helped to found JWA with honorary positions.
